But Madz also has some expansion to the similar size.

Me, I'm just trying to imagine a day when such a real life transformation can take place and how the girls who choose to have such enormous boobs, weighing perhaps 25%
 the weight they appear, how they would adjust to life with them.  I think it would be fascinating to watch them all day, their physical activity level and task abilities limited by their shear boobs size, rather than oppresive weight.

Just imagining a day when you can slip on one of these prosthetics and like today's surgical mesh, over the coming weeks, it bonds to your skin and becomes a permanent part of you.  Perhaps they should make it elastic so if you decide you really wanted bigger boobs, a one stop injection of filler can give your the enormous boobs of your dreams.

I think this might take some time to be possible, but in the near future I think it will be more common that women wear life-like prosthetics for different events, like putting on makeup and jewelry for some dinner or so 
It will be the next level of push-up bras.
Fake hair, fake nails why not fake boobs, so changing the bra size like the wardrobe
