Turns out that wasn't even the issue. Most of my images (generating with the scrolling bit) were blurred out, and even pretty tame ones wouldn't even animate with the normal setting, just "Content moderated, choose another prompt".
The problem?
The UK government and it's fucking stupid online safety bill.
Our Grok is heavily censored (can still get some excellent BE roleplay from it though) but the images are very hard to do anything with other than a bit of jiggling and maaaybe some BE if you word it right (and not too big).
Solution?
VPN.
Put me in Netherlands and all of a sudden the girls I've saved in my favourites all can't wait to get their tits out, even in "normal" animation setting and it is glorious.
 
In fact, when modifying an already generated picture I simply  wrote "increase breast size 5000%" pressed the normal generation button and she nearly fell over.
I'm also partial to some larger girls and it has no problem accepting higher weights (can only double weight in UK version)

I went with one called Proton. It's free for one device (start paying after that for more and more features such as choose country and things (speed too but it's been fine).

I honestly cannot believe how much of Grok was kept from me by this stupid moderation.

When I say "they can't wait", I meant it due to generating an image model, and then pressing the "play" button to animate, not the spicy version.
I opened up a previously generated model, and without the VPN she would do a very boring little dance. With it, she immediately pulled her top down. It's fantastic!
I've been able to animate and "modify" previously generated images that before 'Freedom', it wouldn't even allow the fun setting.
Now, I can do silly things like enact BE comic tropes such as asking for "huge breasted girls being milked in a milking parlour", and it does them!

I've had great success, when modifying images, simply writing "swell them to car sized". No context,  and it just does it. The biggest boobs I've ever generated in any AI, even Perchance doesn't manage this,  but Grok does and Grok understands more than Perchance, and it can make them move!
It truly is the greatest thing for us right now, maybe one day it will allow longer videos.

Glad to hear that Proton's VPN is working out well for you. I went with them about a year ago myself. But I haven't made the artistic contributions that you have, not by a long shot

Well, I have fallen silent because I have hit a creativity desert. I have never been a creative person and trying to come up with scenarios for these videos is very difficult.  I wound up making more beach pics, more women in showers, women with huge honkers doing yoga (mixed results), women puckering up under mistletoe for a kiss while their breasts get bigger, and men and women in their underwear kissing with the women's breasts growing while they kiss.  Honestly the last bunch were the sexiest out of the lot, but only a couple came out.  Mind you, this is a week's worth of me throwing crap at Grok and generating until I hit my limit every day only to come out the other side with 2 viable videos that meet my quality standards.  I am going to convert and upload those 2 along with a few of the "better" ones from the rest.  This will likely be my last upload for a while until my creativity returns.

As I rewatched these I do see the influence of soft core porn I watched in the 90's on my choices.  I guess I was never really big into penetration and this sort of stuff is what I like.  They had those big breast videos by the major boob magazines like Bosom and the like.  I would get those and they were always of the fake breasted women doing just every day stuff with their giant bosoms out.  So I like to just see women walking on the beach, making breakfast, reading the paper, taking a shower, or swimming.
