Some of these girls just are looking to make some easy cash quickly, or are just satisfying their own exhibitionist kinks, and aren't looking to be in "the business" for the longterm. In my experience, the ladies who hide their faces but produce content typically fall into 2 categories (sometimes a mix of both):
A) they don't want to be "adult stars" - they want to remain anonymous so they can squirrel away a bunch of money and then quit and fade into obscurity.
B) they don't want to be recognized by their family, to include any future offspring, or by their friends and employers - the latter especially for the amateur folks who still hold a job, or who are working towards a career... sex work can take all that away. Still a lot of stigma around pornography. Any gal with a desire to be a teacher, coach, or any other career dealing with youths, or any career field with heavy public scrutiny to include law enforcement, politics, etc - having a documented history of adult work will crush those dreams very quickly
In the case of Chloe here, I think it's probably option B. I am 90% sure she's a mother
