If you're referring to the semicircular scar at the edge of her areolas and the horizontal scar under her breasts where they meet her ribcage, both sets look to me like implant scars, NOT like reduction scars. Reduction scars often leave a vertical incision in the front of the breast (though techniques vary of course).
