I think I know what you're talking about.
I was browsing those pics on that (I think it was) .hu domain site. I wondered why Sabrina would go so far as to go topless and yet cover her nipples with her hands/arms. Possibly because she was shy? Not too sure about that.
I kept digging there, and then found some pics where she's not covering them up. And there does seem to be something... unusual (to put it politely) about them.
Her areolas appear to be somewhat 'flat', for want of a better word. In pretty much any other example I can think of where a woman has had her breasts augmented, sure, the areolas may get stretched out (ie, become larger across the diameter/circumference), but there's still at the very least some degree of curvature, either in sync with the symmetry of the curve of the breast, or if she had puffy areolas beforehand, they continue to be at least somewhat puffy. Sabrina's appear to have lost that. Not that I know what they looked like before (or if I did, the memory of it doesn't immediately spring to mind.) So as far as I'm concerned, it's entirely possible that her areolas were 'flat' like this before.
Looking at her nipples, I noticed one shot where her left nipple (the nipple to the viewer's right) was erect and poking through some mesh. Nice. But her right nipple seemed quite reserved, or tiny. This isn't to say that it's impossible for one nipple to become erect and the other to remain inerect (non-erect?), but there just seemed something... intangible going on there. Part of me wants to suggest "inverted nipples", but from all the boobjob pics I've seen, the one effect which seems to happen is the nipple tends to become more prominent, not less.
Taking another look at her areolas, the edge seems to be somewhat raised. Yes, this could be from a periareolar incision for the breast augmentation (to facilitate inserting the implant), although I'm more inclined to think she may have had a donut mastopexy, as it appears as though the scar completely circumnavigates her areolas. The raised edge really shouldn't be a concern, and maybe it's an effect she likes. But such scarring can be treated a couple different ways, depending on whether it's a raised scar (such as this is) or reddish (which we don't know, if she's using makeup to cover it up).
All of this adds up to something I would only call pure speculation, so I won't even say it, at least not for now. (My concern is that uttering it may turn speculation into rumour which in turn could evolve into largely unsubstantiated 'fact', something I'd like to avoid participating in.)
So let me back off a couple steps and say this: As much as I've been a fan of Sabrina going bigger and bigger, the current look of her nipple-areolar complex concerns me. Add into that the look towards the bottom of her cleavage, and I become sincerely worried for her.
To anyone who might be mis-reading my post: This isn't a criticism of Sabrina. As much as a part of me would like to see her go bigger, I'm gravely concerned that any changes other than looking after herself as she is today could spell trouble for her.
