no offense taken.  anytime the discussion is about crystal storm, it's hard to think straight.

Let's lay off the name-calling, OK?

At first I could not work out why Palomine has made this comment until I re read my post and realised I put Intolerant instead of Tolerant, a simple error, no malice intended in anyway.

Wouldn't be the first time palomine has taken something out of context though.

SPEAKING of taking things out of context: my comment about name calling was NOT in response to your post which contained no such behavior, but rather to StormDancer's statement:

Quote:

...you cheap-ass thieves are real shits, you know?

Of course, had you bothered to simply READ the thread, this would have been obvious to you.

Zap, since it's only been a week since you last put your foot in your mouth re: my moderation ...due to your not reading or thinking about things clearly (or possibly both), why don't YOU lay off the hyper-defensive jumping-to-conclusion behavior and just let me do my job, OK?

Enforcing site policy and trying to keep a lid on personal attacks between users IS exactly what moderators do here, and you trying to score brownie points among the malcontents at my expense and the expense of this site's well-being does absolutely nothing whatsoever to contribute to the BEarchive community. So in the future, when you feel that urge to criticize, why not do everyone a favor and THINK before you POST instead, OK?

I've never stopped you doing your job, which incidentally I think you do OK, its just that at times I think you over rule with the iron fist (eg the Photoclubs critics earlier this year). That's my opinion and I'm sticking with it.

By the way does a Polaroid with a dancer purchased from the dancer constitute copyright or can it be uploaded here

Firstly, it wasn't me who pulled the thread critical of Photoclubs, so again: get your facts straight... if there was an 'iron fist' involved, it wasn't mine (not that I agree with your characterization at all). Furthermore, in a subsequent thread, I personally and explicitly clarified that as far as I'm concerned, criticism of photographic techniques or marketing policies from a particular source is a valid topic of conversation IMO. I believe the site Owner made a similar statement, though I'm not about to go dig it up for you... you can do a search yourself.

Unmorphed Photoclubs images are not allowed to be posted here under any circumstances, so if someone attaches them in a thread, those images (and in some cases the entire thread) will be immediately removed. That's the policy of this site... if you don't like that policy you're free to say so, though I expect that your opinion won't change the policy... after all, YOU'RE not the one who receives the threatening legal notices from irate copyright holders.

Again, I wish that you'd actually READ the things you complain about BEFORE you complain about them... again, you have your facts wrong and as a result the only one who comes off poorly as a result is YOU.

To answer your question re: dancer polariod. If you own the rights to the image(s) you may post it according to the rules re: self-copyrighted content provided that doing so doesn't not violate any of the other rules listed in the thread pinned at the top of the GF. If you don't know whether you own the rights to the image or not, I certainly can't tell you.

hey hey hey!

Missunderstandings are part of the virtual world!
One could understand in the wrong way what the other was referring to.
It is just a question of "clarification" and that's it.

Kenard: Thanks for your "sweet" comment!
and Palomine: you DO a great job! I love your way

But well... we all know: the virtual world offers barriers that we need to jump over... like for example: meaning of something, tone of a phrase... Anyway: another topic to be treated about this.... but not here...

In fact... WHAT WAS THIS ABOUT? CRYSTAL STORM? ups... nothing to say about her... I like boys.

Some people just like to complain Palomine. Zap is complaining about your removal of a complaint. Funny stuff!

What's actually funny (or really, more sad than funny) is that I wasn't the person who removed the complaint (the Photoclub criticism thread). So, not only is Zappfra's complaint groundless (in that the thread was pulled for reasons OTHER than criticisms of Photoclubs) but in addition to being mistaken re: the REASON, Zap is also mistaken as to WHO... he's directing his ire towards me despite the fact that I didn't pull the thread/agreed that criticism of photo quality, etc... is a valid topic of conversation.

You just can't win sometimes...

Yep. I am not sure the ones complaining care if the complaint is true.  Just the nature of the net I suppose.

Read her comments here:

http://www.crystalstorm.us/Crystal's%20News%20and%20Touring%20Page.html

She has rejected several recent photoshoots because of poor lighting, bad makeup and terrible posing...Hurrah for Crystal....you rock Girl...

Now if only a few other top models will just do the same we may see a final end to the appalling amateurish photographs rolled out by "couldn't care less" folks like PhotoClubs et al

or if there would be a party waving with more money... *nevermind*

but there isnt, in this state of the industry?
If more people were into huge boobs...it would be a different story...

but cmon. its not a reality today. most guys n gals say Pam Anderson's tits are 'giant freaky tits'

and not all things you see on websites are necesarilly made by the website operators. long time users, compare some photoclubs, for example.

and then in the late hours when I look at stuff like SakuraSena or PBD...
it seems like there is a new generation of webgirls alltogether.

Although I completely agree with the quoted statement, isn't Crystal on PhotoClubs already?

Unfortunately, it seems that Crystal has been having problems.
I had read recently that a club where she was booked, basically fired her because of her appearence.

Perhaps it isn't ALL the photographers fault and perhaps Crystal didn't choose to reject the photos.

Regardless of Crystals age, I saw her at the Market Street Cinema in 93, she would have been early to mid 20's then, she is in a select group of diminishing big enhanced models, who boob hounds appreciate still in the game. Judging on pictures over the past 12 months she has put in plenty of effort to get back on the circuit and good on her.
