I think you're right as well now that I think about it.  I think Ms. Ramos is the lady in purple from what appears to be the beginnning of the episode.  I think she might be the one as well who appears to be OD'ing when her oversized implants seem to have ruptured and are leaking heroin.

Hope this doesn't give any drug lords or beatiful latinas any ideas.

The woman in the red sweater certainly looks like Brenda Strong, the chick who played bra-wearing Sue-Ellen Mishkie on Seinfeld.  She is a semi-regular on Nip/Tuck.  The breasts look a lot larger than Ms. Strong's though.

I was watching Married With Children this afternoon and seen a preview of a new episode of Nip/Tuck. The preview showed women getting implants full of heroin, which a drug dealer uses to transport heroin.
