measures, regardless of body tallness, I'm pretty sure Chelsea is biggest and has quite an advantage... she isnt advertised as the biggest of the big without two good reasons :-)..and she is getting more glamourous and gorgeous every day (well. in comparison to her innocent looks in 99)

Oh, I think that for the first time in BEA history that Chelsea by majority call that she is clearly the winner. I do agree that Maxi could challenge that notion. At this point I would settle for a video of Chelsea attempting to do everyday thing, like trying to hold down a normal job. I just cant fathom her being able to tie her own shoe. If she hires someone else to do that , would they get work comp if she accidently whack them with her boobs?

Having hung out with Chelsea a lot at the Expo in Vegas, I can say conclusively that she is the biggest. She is also funny, smart and great company. In fact sometimes I would forget about her boobs entirely. Although never for very long

But I've heard Chelsea needs to be drained now and then because the boobs become too heavy. Concievably, someone will reach her size and be able to withstand the chest weight. It just seems that even from this site, alot of women want gigantic tits and at some point someone is going to become bigger. Who are at least the top challengers? (man I make it sound like american Gladiators.... Id watch that tit fight any day). There have to at least be some girls with the string implant who are young enogh that one day they will be positively enormous, bigger and better than Chelsea.

Penelope BD doesnt have string but something more regular...
And she has many years to go (is 22 AFAIK?). So you never know
