interesting post... now being its 3 am I'll point out just a few things. A) you have never worked with a adult model on a full time basis.. I would give my right foot to have some one to work with like keisha or as keisha appears to be. I have worked with girls in the past who expect everything, but wont get up off their butts for the life of them to do a layout cause they "dont feel like it" this is the rule its seems, kiesha and so are the exception. So now, you state, acting as a webmaster,Youd have paying clients who now only get to see ONE! months worth of material. novel idea... but until the entire web changes or your model is  an EXTREMELY unique person, people will pass you over like road kill. There is to much for free out there or even so much to be had for the same 20.00.

now some one as unique as a HUGE boob girl may be able to pull this off but now lets say, she goes on the road...Yes you can shoot on the road if your photog goes wth you - you haul equipment that now gets banged around and shelf life is cut in half, not to mention all travel costs have now doubled.ooopps you dropped your laptop.. etc Now if she should go out for a tour of a few weeks alone and she needs new content for the current month and she was a bit lazy the prior month, the poor webmaster winds up with no real content to post and members bitch.

And now another little Item about the  NO right click. Those with MACS know that this feature doesnt stop them and for windows I know well of a webripper program that harvests a entire site looking for imag src tags and downloads from the server direct, bypassing html quarded pages. this is a fact. I ve seen it work. it sucks for us that have to deal with those that use it.

Now, a dedicated and that means dedicated for the long haul... girl even tires of the whole thing after a while. the web/photog after a while hears "dont stick that camera in my face anymore" when he knows darn well that x amount of content needs to be done, but the girls just dont get it.

your monthly mag would need a LOT of material to be viable and outside of the mega size girls I dont think anyone can really pull it off.because of the constant content that would need to be shot. A lot of girls dont "live" with their webguys/photogs.. this makes it harder yet.

heck even tera patrick is on the skids and has resorted to stripping to pay the bills. something she swore she'd NEVER Do. her site was run by digital playground before and now that  her whole deal had melted down, shes relys on her hubby evan who really doesnt have a clue either, an dhis 15 minues of fame are done as well possibly. he says she sleeps 12-14 hrs a day thats why shes so beautiful... phhhtttt, lazy spoiled ass, is all it is.

Im venting here a bit cause I have to deal with these girls everyday.... like I said, Id give my right foot to work for a kiesha type.
later. ample1
awww I feel better nite all. luv ya kiesha AND chelsea and Nadine and .......     Mel too baby! pssst Im still single...and getting older and chubbier but? wiser? wink.. lol

I worked with Busty-amatuers a while back in 99.. they had about 3600 paying members at 29.95 ea. they were kings and the oldest guy was maybe 24... those were the days. So much money it made your head spin. but so much BS too....they paid their friends like 100k a year to do updates and webwork, and had evryone and thier dog doing legwork looking for girls. they were THEE reason model prices went outa control in SD then to LA. the girls thought they were real actresses when all they did was look pretty for a hour a month for fees that paid more than theyd make in 2 months in the real world.
this spread to dannis hd and the rest is history. I hear dannos doing OK but not like a few years back. but even still she does well. I saw her by the way at glamorcon- or else she has a twin....

Seems to me this is all about the old "Get rich quick" thinking. I have worked over 25 years and current rate is around the A$17 per hour mark. That is before taxes. Now then. Whilst it is true that sports stars and those that depend on their visual appeal have a shelf life so do your day-to-day drones like me too. Albeit a longer one if you plan to retire at age 65.

I am thinking that their thinking is that say their shelf life is 10 years they have to earn 40 years of pay in that 10 years. Not so say I. After doing whatever it is that they do they can go onto other type of work not so?

Also with the liberation going on in the world in the last several decades we have come to a point where there is almost super saturation of the market place. Most if not all industries go through this and then have to resort to gimmicks and/or value adding.

Add to this competion that undercuts OR goes cheaper via bulk output and you get to a potential untenable situation.

So. What is the solution? First off hope for the best but expect the worst. Find a gimmick, do value adding in some form or another.

Communication with members gets hard too. If you have too many it becomes impossible to do it without having to take shortcuts, which in turn makes it appear that it is just rote.

And of course last comes dealing with the law breakers. Because that is what getting content illegaly is after all, just plain theft. Which brings us around to one of the old favourites. Do you do soft or hard punishments. Which has greater value to solve the problem?

You both have good points, I was not attempting to fix all the problems out there just suggest a possible format change (technical) not instill a new work ethic.  If someone is lazy then they will never succeed at anything – modeling or otherwise – so that’s not really the issue.

Second, in no way was I saying Keisha was not doing an excellent job – from what I can tell she’s doing most of the work herself, with the exception of taking the actual pictures – if she is posing and taking them solo – well hats off to her.

Yes I would agree that there would be people that pass it by because they can get something somewhere else cheaper – but there not getting the same product.  Since every girl is different, if you want Keisha or Mel or Chelsea you have to go there to get that person’s content.  End of story.  If you find it somewhere else – well that’s likely illegal content and we have ways of dealing with that also.

If someone argues with that I would remind them that there are already laws dealing with that sort of conduct and litigation is very easy to do if you know how to go about it.  A letter from a lawyer goes a long way to shutting down any illegal operation that can turn into a lawsuit.  This is how 99% of business issues are settled as most business people DO NO want to spend a dime on defense or attack in court.  The best way I have seen to deal with illegal content is exactly what I did for a client a couple years back – I gathered all the evidence that they had copied content, took it to a legal and explained the situation they wrote a letter stating that the following content had been seen on there site – that it was copyrighted material (the included material were printouts of several pages and showed there domain as the source) and asked them to remove it or we would be forced to turn the case over to our legal for a suit.  The key was we were not nasty or accusatory about anything, we simply stated that please remove it and all is done as far as were concerned.  It was pulled in 24 hrs and never happened again.  Total cost was about $100.00 for 30 minutes of the lawyer’s time to write the letter.

Concerning the laptop and the camera – I have two very nice SLR’s that I personally carried throughout my military experience and never dropped or broke anything over several years – 10 years later I still have both and they look as good as new – so I am not sure what your doing with your gear but if it packed right and looked after with some care you should not have any problems.

As for the laptop, yes I will agree that they are more likely to be broken then a desktop – but again if you look after your gear you should not have an issue.  My latest one is coved once under extended warranty and again under my personal insurance (total cost was extra $300 buying and about $5.00 a month extra on my coverage).  What does that mean – it means that I could willingly fling my laptop out a window and it would be repaired/replaced free of charge in just a few days.  Do I invite such disaster – No – but I am covered if it does.  Additionally I always keep my last computer and keep everything on CDRW – you know what that means – I can easy switch in about 2 minutes from my 700Mhz P-111 Wonder machine to my 300 P-II old machine and still do all my work as both machines will run the programs that I use – ones a little slower, but in a pinch it works just fine and its better then days without anything.

So it just goes like the five P’s – Piss Poor Planning leads to Poor Performance.

If anyone is going to succeed at anything you have to be willing to work.  Do the work upfront so when it comes time to pull the trigger on something it goes without a hitch and you have to be willing to look at the long haul not the short run.

I might add that the reason one does a business plan (remember the 5 P’s?) is to address the initial problems and direction of a business.  It then serves as you guide to how the business progresses and should be a constant sounding board for where you are and what your doing.

The financials of all the surgeries and such are just costs of doing business.  All of them should be factored in and balanced against how much demand and profit one can hope to achieve.  Reality speaks if the plan is well researched and though out.  Many people find that there dream business when researched is never going to really fly – that is what a good business plan may do for you – tell you that the market will not bear the business you have planned. If that is the case, then it did its job and saved you time and money invested in something that will eventually fail.

On the other hand, having a business idea well planned out will only help make doing it that much more efficient.

You say there is a problem with doing content shoots – well if you’re doing the contented 1 week in advance, that sounds like jumping through one’s ass to get something done.  I have never been one to put things off to the last minute.  If you avoid doing things at the last minute, you avoid crisis and then you really don’t need to worry about the thing all business seem to want to have “crisis management” – something in this society that is the “normal way of dealing with just about everything” (if you want to check something out about this go to www.timeday.org and do some reading, there was a time when people could actually find enough time to get things done).

Anyway, you shooting concerned… ever think that if I do 1 update a week of 24 pictures that’s 1 roll to cover 7 days.  I need 4 of them a month and that’s 4 rolls in 30 days, and that means that over a year I will need 12 months worth to the order of 48 rolls of film (and I would say that 24 pictures is allot for an update, but will go with it for my example and use digital equivalent if you care to rather then rolls).  So rather then shoot one every week – which even I would say is about the worst way to plan that try shooting in sessions of several months work at one time.  Session 1 (months 1-3) shoot 12 rolls of film over a weekend or week – what do you need 3 themes (1 per month) or do 12 themes if you want – plan it so its not a crisis and do your best to make it interesting without killing yourself or the model.  It’s really not that hard.  If I can spend 104 hours in a combat environment doing my job as a tank crewman in combat and still manage to engage the enemy and accomplish mission while using up 48 rolls of film in that same time – I think that someone could use 12 rolls over 3 months…maybe?

wow you really have no concept of working with the avg web/porn girl do you. I do not mean to make this personal so I will try to speak in general.

I have personally had my gear detroyed by our wonderful baggage handlers of southwest and others. The reply was in a nutshell, to bad, prove it and we MIGHT get back to you.
(when you need the gear NOW you bite the bullet and go buy new gear... thats the way it works in the real world)
Planning... one can plan for HIMSELF as much as you need or can, but when you have to rely on another human who has no concept of space and time. Its most frustrating. maddenng even at times.

this has happened to me on more than one occasion. When Im all prepard and ready to go inevitably something falls through and they dont feel like it or such.

the last trip to LA I had 6 content trade shoots set up for various girls for other girls. locations resrved/paid for, equipment bought, rented and ready, only to end up finding that for one reason or another they all flaked on the girls they were trading with, they all flaked on each other. and quess who gets blamed for not having content shot? me. mind you now this was a FREE setup for all parties and they didnt feel they needed to honor thier commitments.

last year we leased a mansion in malibu  for the day at a 4 figure sum. equipment brought in special and 8 girls had pledged to show up.
planning was all done paperwork was ready and guess what einstiens.  2 girls showed up -2-... what a waste of money for the one girl who put up the cash for the entire thing. She was hoping to get a great many shoots out of it and put her own money in to do this and the girls just flaked.

later I found out one went to a party and didnt wake up on time , another just forgot, (we called) and still other lame excuses. I drove to SD instead of LA from orange county,- (yes thats true they said they took the wrong ramp and went all the way to diego before realizing it was wrong.. christ)

planning for yourself works wonders, but disiplined military minded people they are not. I come from a defense background as well and am always being told im to uptight or "give it a rest" take it easy" "it can be done tommorrow".... ARRGHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
the sheer fact you sat down and figured up the film per week schedule shows that you havent worked in the industry.
you shoot as MUCH as you can when they are in the mood,(unless your paying buckets of cash then they are always in the mood) and hope that you get enough to last you till the next time - when they feel like it...
as I stated, it would be a wonder to work for a girl as dedicated as kiesha sounds. a real breath of fresh air.

Ok, I have to say you’re really an ass about how you present your side of things... nothing personal.

But Wow, you poor baby, (whine, whine…) the airlines ruined your equipment because you gave it to them - you really have no idea about how actually "carry or ship your equipment to the site" (in the real world) - maybe it was that you were too lazy and decided just to hand it to someone at the ticket counter and go have a smoke?

And you did not insure it?  Well that was really dumb – so you go crying to the airlines without proof of what they did?  Hmmm… in the real world people use something called a shipping manifest? It’s a certified document that says this is what you shipped and helps you “Prove” your case in the event of damage or lose…hmmm.  Wait I know nothing, but then I still have two functional laptops and 2 SLR’s and gear… hmmm go figure.

Hmmm… if your clients or business partners are losers, you may wish to drop them for someone that can work a schedule and has some drive.  If your letting this kind of slacking go on don’t you hold to your contract (the agreement you and they sign saying who does what… you know they use them in the real world) or if not a contract then you should be collecting all or some of the money upfront for the work – called in the real world a booking fee… you know they pay 25% sometimes upfront and the rest on completion…???  Never heard of it you say?

Ok on the flakes – yah loose them… but you also left it to them to show up… major mistake.  You figured they would show like there supposed to and got left holding you dick in your hand and nothing else.  First rule of any engagement – Get your people in formation and geared up… this means YOU pick them up (not they drive there – screw that…cause they will screw you.  You send a car/driver to get them and you entertain them at least the day prior – they don’t get lost cause they are WITH you and the crew and you don’t have them LATE cause you keep tabs on how much they drink and where they end up that night (and YES that means you keep them in there hotel after the party is over or whatever you do with them – but lockdown and lights out, wakeup call and all…).  You put that in the agreement

Copy:

1.   You agree to arrive or be picked up 24hrs in advance of shoot.
2.   You agree to stay in the assigned hotel room from 10pm to wakeup, following shoot you are released to your own schedule.
3.   etc.

These things are known as “conditions” and you put them in agreements or contracts to insure that everyone knows who is supposed to do what.

If they fail to work within these conditions you may have them sent home and you may also then legally converse about “failure” of professionalism without fear of a law suit… “…so-in-so failed to meet our contract conditions and we had to let her go… but if you want to hire her/work with her that’s great… would we work with her again?  No… I can’t say we would based on her past performance our company is very strict about violations in our contract agreements.  Sorry I can’t give you a better recommendation about her working with us but I can only go on what I have here.  Thanks and bye”.

My bet here is that you don’t really know what I have done with shooting or my way of doing business and that’s ok, but to say WOW I know nothing about the real world is both patronizing and ridiculous.

Fact of the matter may be that your world is a different world then mine – yours is full of issues that seem to me to spring from issue that your could choose to control and work around better.  Mine is full of things that get done and done well, because I don’t let other people personal issues mess up my schedule when I am in charge (if I am not in charge, fine I could care less what crap people pull – in short its not my problem) but when I get the go ahead to make things happen – there’s me and then God and even he lets me have a free hand in getting things done.  Nuff said.

Quote:

About the membership downloading all the old content – that is pretty simple fix – make the site access per month pay and view cost.  If you pay for one month, you get to view one month (not all the archives) pas months can be viewed for an additional fee of a month cost in an archive section.

Think of it as any other magazine subscription – you want back issues you have to buy a copy of it, you want all past issues, you have to lay out the cash for them all.  Now on could use a sliding rule on this, one month per fee, or three or whatever… the idea is to make available product at the cost that is going to pay for its production as well as a profit to make doing it worth while.

This can and does work for multi-girl websites.  However, a single girl website trying this would have about as much success as a magazine with a single model.  If the girl lowered her monthly fee for fresh content to a saleable level (i.e. $2.99 a month), the transaction cost percentage charged by the credit card processing companies would take an even bigger bite.

Quote:

One thing that does not get address at all and I think should be is one of building up access – think of this – take two people.  One joins the first month that the site opens and pays the whole way along – probably over $100.00 at the year mark and gets all the content (each months access every months – because they are paying for it), and the second that signs up at the end of the year for $12.00 and due to the entire content of the year being available accesses all the same product at about a 1/10 the cost.  Does that sound fair like equal access?  Rather it should be that this person that just paid the same per month as the first person should only receive access to 1/12th the sites content.

None of the credit card processing services would offer software with these capabilities.  To implement this you would need custom programming plus your own secure server to install it on.  Good idea in theory, but only the huge multigirl websites could afford the increased fixed costs required to implement it.

Quote:

Also, most models don’t do it but they should make “copy”/”save” images not available as a feature when viewing the site.  Someone right clicks on the image to save it – they get a “that function is unavailable as this image is copy write protected”.

effective; probably!  Law of unintended consequences; members asking for refunds because they can't download pictures, resulting in a downgrading of the girl's website's "credit rating" which then causes an increase in processing fees as well as an increase in "escrowed" membership money (which the processing service collects but then sits on for six months before paying it out to the girl, as a reserve against future refund requests).

Quote:

Uniquely me, goes to Keisha’s site (as modified to deal with the above).  I check out the membership section and decide to join the month of November 2003.  The price is 12.00 for a month of access.

at $12 for a total of 50 or 100 pics and a video, you'll probably be the only member !

Quote:

In the site every Monday there is an update of one set of images, and 2 movies, 1 article and access to anything submitted in that weekly update from members (morphs, comments, etc.)

Who writes all the special software, and reclassifies last week's material versus this week's material ?  Your membership fee would pay for about 15 minutes worth of system programmers time.  Even if we had the technical skills to do this, and the time to do it, no shared web server would ever allow us the necessary root access from a remote location.  This would force us to move our site to a dedicated server, at greatly increased cost.

Quote:

I access the site and look/download one set (I only get 4 FTP downloads per this months access and so I will get to download each update 1 time only in zip format, so I don’t run up Keisha’s bandwidth bill more then necessary (and if I am a sleazy crook I can’t share out my pass and screw her out of money… which I would not ever do…FYI).

What happens when a member botches his download or the file comes through garbled.  E-mails back and forth, manual resetting of ftp counter by editing the website's control info database, all of this takes time, and makes for unhappy members who may not rejoin next month even after I spend 2 hours e-mailing him and manually solving a problem caused by HIS mistake.

Quote:

Keisha has also made thumbnails available on her site for each update but removed the old full images (to save on bandwidth, and because members can just as easily see them on there own HD – which will access them faster anyway).  None of her members mind this because they still get full quality images and they don’t have to hunt and peck and wait for a download to web-view each images in a browser.

again, this adds to the massive amount of time for updating - fine if a full time programmer is available for free!

In theory you have some very good ideas.  Unfortunately the reality of the situation is that the custom programming, extent of technical and time requirements for updating etc. are simply not realistic in the environment of a shared web server and a web hosting service.  Implementing these things is technically possible, but it requires an environment of a dedicated server and a dedicated secure server with a vastly higher monthly fixed cost - a cost that single girl websites simply could not justify based on typical membership levels or even 10 times typical membership levels.  This also requires a level of technical talent which typically charges $50 per hour, with at least 6 hours required per update to move around all of the images, links, database info etc. that your suggestions would require.  Your suggestions would be very feasible for multigirl websites like ScoreLand, Danni's or PhotoClubs, which can financially justify the dedicated servers and programming staff required by selling dozens of different girls' content to a much greater number of guys at higher monthly prices, but they're well beyond the typical shared server capabilities of a single girl website with a web hosting service (which is all that the earnings from a single girl website can justify), not to mention the girl's own programming capabilities or her available time.

Hi Mel, hugs…

I imagine that I forget that I have some things going here that are not typical of most people.

My Reality:

My WAN connection 1500/768 DSL connection (with 5 static IPs) connected to a WAN Router w/ Firewall (about $200.00) that does security and filtering connected to another router that does my LAN routing both wireless (802.11B) and dual connected to my LAN Domain/DNS server (Linux) my Web/Email Server (Linux) and my Test Server.
I use several different applications to build and test websites (but I really like Macromedia MX currently, but use MS and Adobe as well).

I then have two laptops and all my little junk attached to this – sound impressive? It’s not really… PC servers (about $600.00 each, running Linux which is really cheap too) and the routers were about $200.00 apiece.  Cables and all that added couple hundred bucks.  I admit that 5 years in enterprise level VAR integration and Network design as well and vendor training (monthly) by almost every major technology company did help a great deal avoiding the $50.00 an hour… but weird is I can’t find anyone willing to pay people for that nowadays anyway… tech is dead for the most part, or at least on a respirator.

I don’t doubt that multi-girl sites are at a distinct advantage… and your right – theory is where allot of my suggestions are, but it can’t hurt to discuss it I guess – that’s how we all learn things, least I know I have learned a few things from people that way.

Curious, why don’t all you single gals get together and form a consortium?  Share out your expenses and capitalize on the team effort?

Anyway, I am not saying I have any answers to peoples issues, I just thought that since I did achieve a viable network and all for myself (as well as a good long track record with both small business and large corporate networks) that I might throw a few things out there.

TTYL, and again hugs Mel nice to hear from you on here.

Mhmm, one side is a bit too technical, and one side is too burned.

I'm not saying this is technically feasible, but add in a ticker to the member's account info that goes +1 each month. They get access to 2 months for each ticker.

Let's say the join June 2003. .  they also get May 2003.
Next month they get April - July 2003. This continues until all 'back issues' are unlocked so to speak.

It's not issue by issue, just rewards long time members. It also discourages entire site downlading, though you can feasibly join every two months and get everything. .  that's better than once a year or two though. Of course, that all depends on which demographics Kiesha gets her net profit from if it would actually improve things.

As for all of the download stuff, just make each photo shoot also available in zip format on the thumbnail page. Higher storage content, but possibly less bandwidth usage from users that prefer to just grab zips and view them from their HD like me with ACDsee.

once again, its even more painfully obvious that you have JUST NOT worked in the adult world. But thats Ok... I'm just a "give my baggage to the ticket counter kinda guy". Hmmm this weekend I have a AM shoot in LA/valley, then run to lax, stop in San fran run and do a shoot, then back again to airport and then to seattle/err PDX Portland, got a girl there to shoot, then drive to seattle for a shoot that evening later. With schedules like that no special handling can be done. And we do use insurance but we really dont have time to screw with all the companies and crap, we need equipment   NOW  when it breaks and thats how it works.. As it is I'm lucky to get 4 hrs a **82** a night. Heck tonite I have work backed up but Im making some time here, I have a model flying in at 8 am.today, (up at 6 am to get to LAX in traffic)then I have to entertain her all day, we have 3 companies to stop at,pick up checks, hers not mine, then  try to get 1 shoot in if she feels like it and  off to a adult party that she needs to attend. then it's back to the office, up at 6 am, off to the airport... luggage sent back & girl packed up,  then  back to the office to **82** a few hours to the get ready to go cover pamela peaks party thats being set up for friday.
somewhere here I need to upload a update for 3 sites, not to mention work on 3 mainstream sites and a porn site redesign, along with server crap, password /ccbill problems signups and emails then its Adultcon this weekend, table setups...and a all nighter again, then shoots in the am Sunday and off on that trip to shoot in 2 more  cities in 10 hours. All this plus check mailboxes for dvd sales and make stops to ship product, bring back whatever broke the last week, digi cards fry, studio lights need new lenses from shipping by air damages, call everyone and make sure that out of state contacts have at least a idea that the talent is going to show up our that everyone has current tests and no one is racist if there is a shot of that nature, back up girls and motel/hotel rentals for ourselves. That takes a LOT of planning by the way. and then deal with airport security who now knows better than to stick their wands INSIDE the freakin body of my 4K digital still cam after what they pulled in burbank last year.

Need I mention that the porn girls are flakes almost to the last one... OH thats my fault too....sigh.. venting done. I'm over it.

It's very hectic. the adult arena is still very much the wild wild west here. There are no girls that will be held to contracts for content work - they'd laugh as hard as I did first time I read that. UNLESS your a COMPANY contract girl but then they dont  work much anyways, thats another whole breed.

but whatever... I'm tired and I have work to do.
I've stuck my neck out many times working for people and doing others a favor way to much. personally I just like big boobs and prego gals, and yeah I can be a dick...

If adult was like a real world job, I'd whole heartedly agree with you but its not. period, I WISH it was. But it's not. And dont say -don't wish -do, cause the egos of the girls and guy performers are SO huge in some cases that you have to basically worship thier feet to get them to work, and that, even with PAY AT TIMES they still at the last second make an excuse or get a better gig.  I have met some girls that make so bloody much money that a 1000.00 for a few hours isnt enough for them to get off the couch. I know one girl whos making 3k a hr escorting... do you think she wants to mess with something unless she feels like it? Porn is going big time here and everyone thinks they are a star and those of us who try to support them just get shafted a lot. But we do it because  where else in the world can you go hang with the likes of danni and jenna, ava devine, fantasia  and more....

Thats the payback, some of us are such die hard boob hounds that we work and put up with way more than others ever would in a occupation. but is it worth it?:) you bet it is! especially when I get to spend the evening with Sky Blue like I did the other nite on set. Or sit and chatted at dannis harddrive all day while girls are coming and going nude for makeup and set changes. yeah, its worth it.
I dont expect anyone to support me here. But i've been around a lot longer than the 20 odd posts my avatar shows.

I just hate it when people expect others to live or work by what they think is the right way. I work with what I can when I can. Like I originally said, A girl, young girl, with Drive and staying power (looks too) can rule the valley in under 4 months and make 20k a month if she applied herself. sadly many dont they spend evey dime they make then taxes come due. server bills dont get paid for , sites go offline because of it.  its the girls that run the accounts here because they are notouriuos control freaks as well, (inside secret there)its a recipe for disater, and theres not a damm thing to do about it if your not one of the "ones"; all you can do is be true, honest and faithful.
Ive was on set for a Korn video last fall and spent time in the raleigh & gower studios till 4 am many nites. I had one girl, she was to do a set for a rock video, she was hired personally buy a name director, she was to make $500.00 for a few hours work. not great pay but exposue is pay enough.( they dated as well...later that week) we were there 13 hours....I got no pay,I was there as a friend arrangment. then a few days into the next week acounting calls and says -oops there was a mistake she only gets 125.00. In the meantime she went out and bought stuff with her "500" (I told her to wait till you have it in your hand but they never listen.) oh yeah... what are you going to do? go to  small claims court everytime? Against the likes of, say paramount studios..duh. you live and learn and spread the word underground. I have stories you wouldnt believe.

damm its 1:50am.... zzzzzz
I hope that mel and the girls dont take offense as the busty models seem to have better heads on them than the avg girl.  Although the valley girls cant understand for the life of them WHY anywould would do that to themselves... live and let live. thats it, im done for the night.

Okay. I started this thread so I guess I will provide the solution. And here it is so pay attention.

First off all income in the world is levied with an extra one hundreth of a percent tax.

This money is then pooled.

The you issue 10,000 valid pool money licences. Issued on a breast mass basis of course. Once the licences are issued you add together the total breast mass of the 10,000 girls and each gets her own mass divided into that. This ratio is then her share of the collected taxes.

Of course they can earn income above and beyond this but why would they want to.

Anyways. Somebody please pop over to the UN and tell them to instigate this system at once.
