I'm the (c) copyright holder of all my data/pics, can I and bobhood2gr8 upload more than one pic per 24 hours as posted in the BEA rules section?  His thread was locked over in the Announcements forum according to the 1-1-1 rule.  We are both the (c) holder of my content.  Just asking because I want to make sure I understand and don't want to break any rules.

Yes, you can exceed the Owner's 1-1-1 rule as long as you specifically state your copyright on each image. You can do that in the pic itself or in the body/text of each post that has a pic. An even easier way is to add your copyright notice "(C)opyright Bambi Blaze" to your signature file (in your user profile tab) so that the notice will appear on ALL your posts, saving you the trouble of remembering to add it each time. However, since your (C) notice will appear on all your posts, you won't be able to post ANY pix that you DON'T own the copyright to, since that would be a false claim of ownership.

You can also authorize bobhood to post pix on your behalf and thereby exceed the 1-1-1 rule, but the same condition applies to his posts: in order to exceed 1-1-1 a legal claim of copyright must be included with each image. That's the way it works for all users.

I've unlocked the thread that bob started in updates and have merged it with this one in the General Forum and you're both free to exceed the 1-1-1 rule as long as you include your copyright statement with each photo. Thanks very much for cooperating with the Owner's policy and again, welcome back.
