I think it depends on how serious you want to get about cosmetic surgery and the whole idea of reconstructed beauty. What made Ms Doda so special at the time was that she had been a stripper of unremarkable dimensions and changed, literally overnight, into a much different performer. There were a lot of natural women--Virginia Bell and Tempest Storm come to mind-- who were much larger breasted and worked as strippers. In part Ms Doda fit in so perfectly with the Zeitgeist, that all things were possible, that limits could be overcome.
