Thanks everyone for the well wishes! I'll be sure to let y'all know how the surgery went as soon as I feel up to typing. Reaching the keyboard will be a different experience, I'll have new obstacles.

I'll definately talk to Keisha about shooting together once I'm healed, and if she's interested. That would be fun.

Think we could get the state of Missouri to change Kansas City to Kan-U-believe-the-size-of-those Titties? Ya never know. Thanks again for being such sweeties, all of you!

Buffie........ the 46 I cup bra is gonna be too small

you will not be able to breath. I dont know what to tell ya, I can't find bra's to fit me, and I am a few hundred cc's smaller then your going..... I surpassed an i and a J and a JJ I ordered a special K but its not here yet.I can't find any bra's that fit me.I am familiar with the bra you showed Goddess... I think? Well good luck with the surgery girl.

Hello fellow BEA regulars.

Buffie is resting well (and about 10lbs heavier) in her Dr's special overnight suite at his surgicenter in South KC.

She asked me to send all the folks here her best and many thank you's for the well wishes that have been passed her way in the last month or so...I certainly second that emotion. - You folks have been so welcoming and accepting of Buffie that she's been high on life lately - and I get to reap the rewards!...THANK YOU

Here's the details:

At about 10am this morning, the Doc first inflated her current implants to near max allowable fill (here's some new info for everyone - Her Doc said most implants are rated to withstand 3.5 times the stated saline capacity! That's 4200cc for Buffies old 1200cc McGhans...) He filled 'em up to 3800cc and let her rest for about 15 minutes allowing the implant pocket to stretch out. Then he deflated her 1200cc bags and removed them through a 16centimeter inframammary incision under each breast. Then squeezed her new cohesive-gel silicone implants into place. It all went remarkably well and took about three hours, and she's not in too much pain. Yeah!
So far, (fingers crossed) no complications have reared and she's set for me to bring her home at 9am tomorrow morning. Well, one minor complication, and Sable warned Buffie of this, that "Goddess" 48-I cup bra was a bit too small! - She's spilling out! - Particularly on the sides. We ordered a "just-in-case" 50-I and although that one fits a bit better the cups are still WAY tight. I'd bet that its just because of the expected swelling she's enduring, but reguardless people - HER BOOBS ARE F**KING HUGE!!!!!! Buffies giddy with happiness and painkillers and I got sent home to type to you!

In Buffie's words "You all rawk!!" And she loves ya!
