Lots of our fave big bust stars have had their implants put in thru the nipple, judging by the scars. Tara's surgery was fairly recent, and of course, some skin types heal better than others.

Thanks Scotty! Though I am not a TR fan, I consider the (linked earlier) "Frankenbreast" reference to be a bit harsh. A pretty girl with a boob hanging out is always welcome, regardless of the circumstances imo.
