I think variety is best for bust sizes. Biggest isn't always best if every girl is the same size. Not to say I didn't like her big, just that every girl is different.
I do think Square should have tried to make her look less like Tifa/Rinoa, but that Dagger was a good character. I think the best part was when she cut her hair. Her physical attribute I'll most remember is her butt, she has on such tight orange pants.
It's a great sequence, I almost thought it was over after the first row, then I noticed there was even more busty goodness.
It would also be good to use as a chart for how big someone wants you to draw a specific character.
