I loudly agree. Busty women in baggy clothes -- especially sweats -- dunno why, but it works for me. It has to do with where the creases fall, the shadowing, I think. Like a surprise package.

I'm not sure Nancy is smaller than Traci was.  If Nancy were wearing a white sweater like that one she'd look gargantuan.
