By “internal bra” do you mean the mesh-style support for implants? I’m assuming Traci (the woman on the left) had saline bag implants (judging be other images in the thread). I don’t suppose it matters, as her boobs look pretty full and pert when naked, but without a bra or bikini, they would have rested low on her torso in a more natural fashion (same with the woman on the right - although, she looks like her boobs probably rest higher on her torso - ie. less naturally). At the end of the day, boobs ar boobs (even implants) and they’ll go where gravity takes them. So, if you’re not wearing a bra (or you’re wearing a non-wired, elasticated bra) they’ll sit much lower.

^I haven't seen them described as 'mesh-style," but are typically pig skin, which will attach to the tissue, becoming one.  Placed on the underside of the implant and against the chest, like a sling it provides permanent support, the ends lifted upwards using braided suture and secured to bone, usually a larger rib.

There is also a newer (not yet approved by the FDA, the agency that limits implants sizes as if that was any of their business) silicone based internal bra being offered throughout Europe for natural breasts that works on the same premise, to keep them always looking youthful.  Last I read, the bra itself was like 25% the cost of a pig skin bra, but either is rather minimally invasive from a surgical perspective.

Gravity is always working, so the more weight the stronger the force,
Good examples of this are Kayla Kleevage and Claudia Marie, so to hold the breast(-implant) in the right place it need the proper support.

Back in the day they used the placing under the muscle so the muscle give some good support, but that was limiting the size of implant and was more painful.
So for going super huge the implant has to be installed above the muscle and then need an internal bra.
For small implants I would go for an internal bra too, because of shape and the gravity force.
