W, even if D was the sole owner of the rights to these images and licensed to redistribute them (which he would have to STATE aloud for liability reasons... which he did not) he STILL overposted on his first shot out the door. I like such images as much as you do, but the rules are in place for a reason as you very well know. Any user who cannot manage to abide by the rules knowingly places the very existence in some degree of jeaopardy and will be dealt with accordingly. I have suggested to D in more than 1 PM that he use the UG for posting up to 5 per day... that's what it's there for.
