Europe.  Culturally closer to what I'm used to, while still being different enough to be interesting.  Plus, the women might actually need to wear a bra.

Grand Canyon.  I've heard Yosemite is great, but Grand Canyon houses the manliest hotel ever -- Phantom Ranch.  Requires a 10 mile one-way hike to _get_ there, including enough of a vertical drop that temperatures at the bottom will be 20-30 degrees higher than at the top.
