Having lived in all 3 states (IL, IA and WI) (and in Des Moines), I whole heartedly agree with the Herald- never mix up Wisconsin with Illinois. Illinois is like Chernobyl only less scenic.

Me too! I need a photographer to help me out as well in SF! But I was planning on buying some new equipment also. So, I need some advice on what photographic equipment to get? I want to go 100% digital, both still and video cameras. I plan on doing dark indoor shoots as well as bright outdoor (beach) photos. . I’m a novice photographer so I need equipment that is NOT very difficult to operate and under $900 each. I plan to travel to Asia and Europe so any suggestions on bags and other items to keep things in proper working order would be appreciated also. Also I need to make sure that all of my equipment is 100% Apple Macintosh compatible. So any suggestions would be appreciated as I am looking to make a purchase by the middle of 2005.
