I agree to whoever said some of this should be made into a BE...

I don't know if it was meant to or not, but that is a scary turn on women.

A friend of mine in Las Vegas currently has 450 cc implants and wishes to go CONSIDERABLY bigger. The sound of your 1000cc's filled to 1500cc sound perfect. I have attached a pic of her as she is now.

Could you tell me a little more? E.g. Implant maunfacturer and type and what surgeon you used. Anything you could tell me would be hugely appreciated.

Thank you.

My 1000cc overfilled to 1500cc implants where from a company called Silimed. They where round, smooth saline filled, under the muscle. If you look at my avatar (yellow top) that is what they looked like. I don't have those anymore I've gone larger. Anyway to get Silimed implants she needs to check around for a PS that is in a study for them. Make sure when she goes for a consult that he will do his best to give her the size she wants. Not what he wants. The doc that put mine in did a great job, but sorry to say he retired. I was his first that large. He was Dr. Morton Slusky in Atlanta, GA. My first implants were 575cc overfilled to 690cc then 1000cc overfilled to 1500cc. Hope this helps. Now I have 3000cc permanent expanders filled to 2000cc but will be filling more.

Thanks so much for your reply.

She has been looking around in Nevada, but so far all the PS's say 850cc is the maximum they will do. This is not nearly enough. Any idea how she might find a PS that is in a study for the silimeds?

Amazing to hear that you now have 3000cc implants. How are they? Are you happy with them. How big do you want to go eventually?

Things are going right along with my new set of implants. Not as fast as I'd like though, but all good things come to those who wait. So, I'm waiting As for your friend she can try calling Silimed and see if they can tell her of some doctors that are in their study. I know others have called, (the PS office should be able to tell her also). The # is 888-423-7600 they have an office in Dallas, TX. Also their web site is www.silimed.com. As far how much she can get cc's also depends on her breast tissue and skin. She might not be ready to go from 450cc's to 1500cc's just yet.

Once again, thank you Dixie for your input. As you can see from the pic attached, I think she can handle quite a bit. Possibly not as much as 1500cc off the blocks but maybe 1000 - 1100ccs. Are these implants expanders so she could fill them up to 1500cc at a later date?

Thanks again

Pixeltiger.

Sorry to say but they aren't expanders. Like most implants they can only be filled when put in. Permanent expanders are hard to come by, in my case I got lucky. To answer your question from the other post as to what size I'm going. My implants are 3000cc before any overfill with overfill I can go to 4500cc. Your welcome for the help, I personally know what it is like hunting larger implants.

I'm only at 2000cc right now, but will be going much larger. Planning on going in a few weeks for fill.

Wow! Dixie you look fabulous! Thanks so much for your help. We'll get on to Silimed and see how far we get.

One question and this is addressed to anyone out there who has an opinion -

If you are planning to upgrade implant size, is it better to go without a bra to stretch out the skin to make more room?

Going without a bra won't really help. The weight of the breast is going to pull down only causing the top part to stetch. Then she could possible need a lift, which could give her another scar on her breast.

I got expanders for my second set.  My first set of 540cc took about a month to recover but I was tight in the pectoral area because mine are under the muscle.  When I say a month, I was functioning after a day, at the gym in a week (mild cardio) ... but aware for a month. It made me more sensitive.  When I got expanders and went up to 850, the pockets stretched but the recovery was incredible. Days.  They were in my way so I had to learn to live with them, they were heavy so I had to adjust, my traps were tight, but no major pain.
However, a word of advice I learned from a dancer, do not work your chest at the gym if you have implants.  The pecs will push the boobs to the side.

HI Sofia,

First off just wanted to say, loved your story on the (prohibited O) site.

Thanks for the input. Can I enquire about you 850 expanders? Who makes these? I have a friend in Las Vegas who is trying to find bigger implants and a surgeon. So far she has found local surgeons will only take her up to 850cc. She would like to go up to around 1200-1400cc. She currently has 450cc (see attached pic). If you have any advice, we'd love to hear it.

She has now spoken to the legendary Dr Gerald Johnson in Texas who did Chelsea Charms, Minka, Kayla Kleevage etc. Has anyone had any experience with Dr Johnson?
