Hmm . . . I'd always been under the impression that string implants would tend to feel more natural than either saline or silicone implants would, given that your own tissue/body fluids tended to come into play (not to mention that a ball of string is probably softer than an inflated silicone-shell).
In fact, I thought that is what part of the appeal of string implants was supposed to be. Have I assumed wrong this whole time? Or is it a problem only when you go humungous as compared to more "average" sizes . . trying to recall from the article at Doc Johnson's I read far too long ago.
Ok, back to the subject, fakest of the fake. There's quite a few I suppose, and some that I would've thought of have already been mentioned.
But one that hasn't that stands out in my mind is Penelope Pumpkins. I don't think it was this way in the past, but it appears that her breasts have developed the "grapefruit in a tube-sock" kind of look.
I'm figuring her skin has stretched and now the implants are just a weight in them, but not physically large enough to fill the area her skin now has available. But this kind of thing doesn't happen to everyone who gets large implants, so since I can't let well enough alone, I've got to ask "why did it happen?"
After all, didn't Busty Dusty have HUGE implants by comparision, and even RUN AROUND TOPLESS with them bouncing, but she didn't get that same condition.
