I took faaaar more time than I had planned, but here's a wallpaper montage (1024x768) of fitness competitors who have a little more up top. I didn't morph any of these ladies, but I suspect they already did it to themselves. Of course, the bras and their poses have something to do with how far out (and up) they go, too.
