Phoofy, this post wasn't quite 24 hours after your last one.  The BEA system clock, which time-stamps your posts, runs 7 minutes slower than real time, and your post was within those 7 minutes, so I'm not logging a rule violation against you.  I'm removing your image attachment and reposting it below.

There's an easy way to check whether enough time has passed since your last post.  Every post remains editable for 24 hours after its creation, and then its Edit link (located to the right of the post's title) disappears. So once the Edit link has disappeared from your last image post in a thread, it's safe to post another one.

Phoof, we're already aware of how you feel about the BEA Owner's policies, so your sarcasm is wasted on us. His rules are the only ones that count here, and they're applied equally to all users... for us to do otherwise (to let slide some 1-1-1-1 violations just shy of 24 hrs for example) would be unfair to everyone else.

Rather than your snarky comment, you ought to have said 'thanks gonzo for repoosting my upload out of your own allotment... I'll be more careful in the future.'

Sorry that you seem to misunderstand Phoof... these policies are those of our host, the BEA Owner... not the moderators. We're simply volunteers who enforce his policies for the benefit of the community... to expect anyone else to 'care or complain' about violations is simply disingenuous... the Owner is the only one here with liability, and he owns the place, so he gets to make the rules. You, me and everyone else have to abide by those rules if we choose to participate here.

The BEA is a decade old now... we'd just like to see it last a while longer... hence our enforcement of the Owner's rules, which are intended only to make that possible.
