Well, it would depend what picture of her you are referring to. Most of her career she was 100% natural. In the last year or so, she has returned with implants. Post a picture and I'll let you know what you're looking at if you need help.

If you can't tell the difference, why does it matter?

Although I prefer the "fake" look, I could never entirely understand the attitude that having implants make the breasts "fake". That's like saying "she only has cleavage when she wears that bra". Either way, they are still her breasts (skin, nipples, areola and all). The question I hate the most along those lines is, "are they hers?". Uh, yeah, unless she had them surgically "stitched" on from a donor. Even then, they're hers, NOW.
