I would assume implants.
I guess what's confusing me is I always thought nipples were re-positioned during reduction surgeries resulting in that type of scar tissue.
Wasn't sure if maybe she got a reduction like Juicy Jade and they were growing back.
Maybe there's a surgery technique where they do implants through the nipples.
