While I don't disagree that it's a huge change from before she had the huge implants removed, consider how the skin must have been stretched for so long... perhaps some of the looseness/ripling of the skin could be minimized by surgical reduction of the surface area, though I expect you'd have to be sure that you weren't going to want to put large implants back in later.

Be all that as it may, even in their post-reduction 'deflated' state, the fact that those are Busty Dusty's breasts means that I still find them interesting.

A thought would also be - sometimes laser skin treatment can work wonders with smoothing/tightening loose skin; wonder if she has considered that?  

But anyway, she is retired - and if not showing off her boobs anymore in front of cameras, perhaps doesn't care so much anymore.  I wouldn't blame her if that's the case - yes she's invariably appeared to be a healthy strong girl, but it can't have been easy lugging those giant implants around for years. Must have been wearing, to some extent.

I too have wondered if those "deflated" post-big-implant-removal pix show her with NO implants at all OR with smaller ones. Never seen/read anything conclusive about that.

I'd assume that the loose/over-stretched skin thing might have ameliorated somewhat over time and as you said, there are procedures to deal with that, both invasive and less so. Even if she had no plans to model after some point, I'd guess that she'd still deal with any residual issues like that but again, I'm just speculating.

Like yourself, I'm generally something of a nats fan, but Busty Dusty is one of those models who crosses into my all-time faves list despite the bolt-on look of her endowments at their peak.
