Wow. Awesome choice, guys. Would have choose oen fo those busty girls myself. But I have to go for a different one. Call me old-school once I choose this girl but i have to go for Mai Shiranui of Fatal fury. Sure, she is video game girl for being in the best fighting games from SNK but I see her as an anime girl after seeing in Fatal Fury: The Motion Picture from Masami Obari. She is the one who made me love busty Anime girls and look for any who are big as her or bigger. You can't help but love her bouncyness. I too was **101** by Mai Shiranui's "standing still" animation. I think I was fourteen when I put quarters into both slots so I could have two Mais onscreen, and just try out her moves and see what she could do.

Later on I had a girlfriend.

Why is it that everyone uses THAT shot of Mai from the Fatal Fury movie. Couldn't anyone wait 2 more seconds till her boobs weren't looking like they are under her chin??

Anyway, while I wasn't the one who first brought up Eiken, like I said it's the case case but in reverse, there's only one or two in the bunch who have SMALL breasts.... Also the green-haired one (Teacher) isn't the leader, the purple-haired one (Kirika) is, and probably the "largest" one you were referring to. Although measurement-wise Komoe is bigger.

Sorry, I didn't bother to make sure of the hair color of the leader, I just knew it was one of those strange dyes they love so much in anime. And, seeing as how you use the little [censored] girl as your avator, I wouldn't guess you felt she was sort of creepy;) I do wonder if others feel the same way I do, however. My reaction to non-busty girls in Eiken is to think "What's she doing here?" for about two seconds, and then get right back to looking at the busty girls. In other words, they have no impact at all.

My vote would be Shii Aasu from Puni Puni Poemy. If you enjoy Excel Saga this is from the same frenetically paced hillarious anime. Shii's superpower (living in a house of sisters who all have silly powers) are her breasts. Really funny, and she really stands out.

Im just going to swing in with more Tsunade vote giving! For one there are many flashback sequences of her as a very young, late teenage and young adult and there are definite progressions! Considering she is meant to be 50 (she casts a permanent ninjitsu on her face, appearance wise) she has a fantastic body!

Many come to mind...

First is Meg from Burst Angel. While the character Jo remains pretty much flatchested throughout the entire show, Meg's breasts steadily inflate episode after episode until they're the size of her head

Unfortunately they reach a peak around ep 15 or 16 or so then deflate somewhat, but for a few eps... WOW!

There's Yuki from Iketeru Futari, who somewhat redeems an otherwise horrific show. Completely towers over the other girls and has a chest probably 4-5 times as big as anyone else.

Of course Shii Aasu from Puni Puni Poemi has already been mentioned... Arguably the best boobs in all of anime IMHO. Other characters have fantasies about having boobs as huge as hers.

Meifon Lee from Angel Links, again, a really bad show but there are some nice boobs in there on her. Here's a nice closeup.

You guys should check out an anime for Divergence Eve: Misaki Chronicles. From a page review

"First off, BOOBAGE. The girls in the show have EXCESSIVELY large breasts. Not even hentai flick characters can match the size of their assets and this proves incredibly distracting especially during the intense scenes.. Every single girl moves around with a "Boing" or two, no matter how serious the scene is. Just when you start getting into the dialogue, there it is: Boing.
