Well, Loni Anderson had a BR twice because she grew huge, especially for Hollyweird standards. Her second BR was when she grew to a G cup in her early forties ( after WKRP in Cininnatti was cancelled ) and so she hacked them to a C cup. 
Joyce/Alexis made a thriumphant return when she was 43 years old and she could have naturally grown larger, especially since she did not have a BR before. If they were implants, they were the most natural acting implants ever. My $0.02.
