Pale milky skin, smooth and looking so soft to the touch.

It most certainly IS her. Though she's grown in size over time/after pregnancy, I think perhaps your idea that she was always bigger than in that photo is distorted by all the close up/wide angle images you've seen of her. Attached is a photo sans optical distortion (though it's clearly been photoshopped) in which she looks identical to the way she does in gOOb's post. IMO, she is (and always has been) so perfect (a word I almost never use) that ANY manipulation of her images does her a disservice, but that's JMHO.
