Not British -
1) The "architecture" is not indicative
2) The vegetation does suggest northern Europe
3) I have seen very similar settings in Germany, France, and Poland
4) But most of all, the car on the road is on the wrong side to be British

I am sure a study of the dilapidated equipment would yield some more clues.

Having said what I said earlier - there is a military training area near me that looks exactly like that.  Albeit without a naked woman with big boobs.

The glint on the glass and sun angle suggest that we are looking at the front of the car and the shadow of the exterior rear view mirror backs that up. The shape is distinctly on the closer lane of the road that is backed up by extending the curb lines from before and behind the vehicle. Also, statistically it is a safer bet for a photo of an unknown location that it is not driving on the left.

But I was looking to an accumulation of clues that point to a car not on the left.

There are simply many more cars in the world driving on the right.

India, the most populated left side driver country, only has 13 million cars or about half the number of cars just in the United States.
