Mostly Adobe After effect trickery with mask and bulge effect for each breast. Because the subject had a basic background I key out the color to be able to insert a 3D object rendered setting. Then I duplicate layer of the subject and change the opacity to create shadow on both side.

Keep at it! We don't have enough of these kind of art! It takes at least 10 time the works. I started with just doing a lot of single picture morph.
