Ok, I majored in Biology, specifically physiology and genetics. As for the vacuum ... eek, bad idea. Anything which could rupture capillaries .. not pretty. Bad news, I put implants in the same catagory .. they do not nice stuff to the mams. Natural methods? All those ingrediants listed AND then some have been covered and debated and no real solution about whether they worked or not has been reached (I think there's an Ask Kathy about it, if someone rememebers where Ask Kathy is). There were even a few wiccans who mentioned a spell project, but haven't heard from them in a while.
