pec dec is a isolation movement for chest, that is on a nautilus style machine ussually with arms bent slightly or straight.

I would imagine you would have a hard time doing chest work in the gym though.  I wish my gf could go bigger over the muscle, but i dont think she has enough elasticity in the skin, as it is starting to pull her skin in the center.  when she goes bigger she might have to move them under the muscle, but I am not sure if they can do 1300, under the muscle or not..... one of the reason she went over the muscle in the first place was for the gym, she does not like the feeing of working her chest out with the implants under the muscle
