I think so, but not in big fills like she had been doing. Small fills more frequently would work out. However, I don't think that will happen due to the proposed location of her plastic surgeon not being in Germany. Travel cost would be high, but who knows it looks like she has a rich husband.

Yeah, that's right. If I am correct, she has had two fill ups since her site started and since that photo. It is amazing the difference really and also amazing that she looks "small" in that pic and yet would still drawf most other models!

I think that's by far the most appealing photo of her that I've ever seen. I know many here go for size above all else, but for me, sheer hugeness is not the key to appeal. In that photo, everything about her looks great: sure, her breasts are blatantly implanted, but they still retain a breast-like shape and her face in that photo: I honestly can't recall seeing another pic of her in which she looked prettier. Thanks for posting it AD.

I happen to also really like that picture now, but for completely different reasons.  I love to compare that picture - to her most recent pictures - so as to see the tremendous transformation that she has accomplished.  Breasts so much larger now.  Body fat significantly reduced.  So for those reasons, it's great to me.

Big as she looks compared to 'normal people', I didn't like those first images of her at all, back in 2010.
