Humm, I do not know she is a valid example of one who has had their career improved AFTER a reduction. She has had several operations, some bigger, some smaller so I have my doubts about a direct correlation between her procedures and any career improvement. In fact I believe her last operation went bigger...

Is there any person that has only had a single reduction operation and had a related career upswing?

Do any of these people qualify?

An episode of "Mad About You" just aired that featured Jamies' sister Lisa showing off her new implants, that she got after seeing a doctors ad on the D train. To which, after seeing the results, Paul remarks, "That must have been the double D train" and the boob jokes continue. I grabed this episode after I caught the preview on tv, and capped it from the disc, so its not the greatest quality but you can watch the fun.

As for TV shows, the early 80s show TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT had an episode where Deborah Van Valkenburgh was jealous of Lydia Cornell's breasts.  It ends with the standard cliche lie that all breasts are the same and A cups are just as good as a D cups.  Haha - not to me, sorry.

I don't think anyone mentioned the Seinfeld where Elaine gets all pissed at this restaurant because the waitresses are all big-busted.  Turns out the waitresses are the daughters of the owner.  (And by our standards, they're not particularly big anyway.)

And let's not forget Stripperella.  The main character is normally very busty (well, it's Pam Anderson, after all!); but in one episode she gets shrunk to tiny size by some sort of weird ray gun, and then when her colleagues use the same ray gun to restore her to normal size, they momentarily make her even bustier than she normally is.

I want one of those ray guns, by the way.

I have been unable to confirm that Jennifer Connelly has ever had breast surgery. All "reports" of her having a procedure are labeled as "rumor" or "speculation". The most believable explanation of her chest size change is due to extensive weight loss.
She does not match the criteria of an actor who had a voluntary breast reduction surgery with subsequent career upswing.

1. Family Matters: numerous episodes, but the most famous for breast experts is Roomates where Myra's beautiful fat tits are in spandex bouncing and she gets doused with a kitchen sink spray soaking her big breasts

2. Just Shoot Me: Donny episode is great with her breast size referenced and in particular great huge tit display when she takes off her coat to sit down next to donny

4. Mad Men: no episode in partiucular, but they are all wank material when you know who is on the screen

5. Die Burg: not a sitcom, but if anybody can get a hold of this german show, it would be unreal...trying to find it again for the past few years...Tina Angel with her tits spilling out, being groped, lubed up with oil, and wrestling....a true lost treasure...only a few you tube clips and such that are small, incomplete, and not really showing what I just described....ANY TRUE BOOBMAN SHOULD RELENTLESSLY SEEK THIS SHOW AND PLEASE IF YOU HAVE IT LET ME KNOW
