I'm with Munch on this.  What I find interesting is that the people who gave money of their own free will seem to have no problem with it and the ones who are troubled with it didn't donate but want to complain about it.

Quite honestly I have seen Vixen post so many free pics on this forum and add so much in the way of conversation and information that I don't really care if she bought lollipops with the money I sent her.  I'm a big boy, I earn my own money and I sent her what I was comfortable with sending. Its nobodys business but mine and her's.

My PC is filled with pics of her that she shared with all of us here long before she even started her web site and I find it odd that people seem to forget that and only want to now accuse her of being out for money or something.

Lets see now, she posts pics of herself for free, makes a lot of people smile, and added a lot of fun to the forum. Yes definitely we should stone her for her sins. Whatever...

I never belittled the people who gave her money, outside of the "fool and their money" remark.

What I did question is that why she was being so secretive and "shady" about the matter.  That's all.

This is about honesty.  Vixen is seemingly lying or holding back information.

I'm not the only one to question this.  I'm just the only one rude enough to bring it up.  And in case you couldn't tell by a few changes, people may agree with me.

Some people are very private when it comes to health issues.  Simple as that. Maybe it's something people would bash her unfairly about, maybe it's something she thinks is horrible and it's really nothing, maybe she just doesn't want to say just because, who knows?

If the motivation was really to separate guys from their money she doesn't need to make up a sad story of health issues to do it. There are easier ways for a woman to do it. (although the better looking the woman the easier it gets)

The odds of this being anything more than what it appears are approximately zero as far as I can tell.

And no, I didn't send in any money... just a casual observer on this topic.

I see no reason why Vixen would lie, here.  Besides, what difference does it make?  Can we all just enjoy the fact that she has been willing to interact with everyone, here?  This is not the place to take anything anyone writes so personally.  We're all here because of a love for huge boobs.  Can we just focus on that and have some fun?  We're all adults, here (or we should be).  Let's try acting like it.

Now that she's well on the road to a full recovery, Vixen has told us on her Forum what the problem was.

Yes, it was very serious.
Yes, her implants did not help, but they were not the cause.
Yes, it was the sort of condition where a sufferer might wish to go outside the U.S. for a treatment program not approved by the FDA.
Yes, it is treatable.
Yes, treatments are long-term and expensive.
No, I'm not going to tell you anymore. You can go to her Forum and read it yourself.

I'm inclined to jump on the Angelus bandwagon here. Apparently, you hear she had something wrong with her. Something bad enough that she had to go to Mexico. So naturally, you wanna know what happened.

Well, you can't. You're not her friend.

Now, how do you become her friend? Well, she'd really appreciate your support.

What kind of support, you ask? Emotional support?

No.

Intellectual support?

Nope, try again.

Sexual support?

Ha ha. Cute. Keep trying.

*sigh* ...Financial support.

"Oh, but would you? Me and my big titties would really appreciate it."

And once you give this support (and it's a lot for such a tame collection of videos and pictures,) you have to wait through the hell that is load time, and reload time (for the record, I've been using cable internet for the last several years. The website is still all janked up.)

And just before I got banned for continually bringing non-Vixen's-tits topics, such as which spoiled "**28**" need what rammed where, I did get me a good look at the "information and conversation" that she provided. Most, if not all of it centered around looking at her "big titties." (Her words, not mine.) And if she wasn't talking about looking at them, she was talking about "don't you just wish you could touch 'em?"

Now, don't get me wrong, I love me a one-trick pony as much as the next red-blooded American male, but I generally like mine to do neat things like have mind-shattering orgasms, or, like, file my taxes or something.

Or, if you like, you could go the Vanessa Montagne route. A lovely arguement for not bombing France back to the stone-age, and an investment banker, besides. Good times.

2.Nobody can embody sorrow and bitterness.

5.Nobody knows more than they're supposed to.

6.I am Nobody.

I'm inclined to jump the other way.  There was a post on Vixen's forum which detailed what happened; one doesn't have to pay to read her forum.  I won't go into details, as it's not my health that was up in the air.

I will say that I've had enough experience with the American medical establishment, both as a patient and as a first-response caregiver, to understand why someone would feel a need to go elsewhere.

As a personal trainer, I know you do not divulge someone else health issue in public, as it could be consider breach of conduct in the court of law. Kudos for all of you that read her explanation but did not disclose second hand. I think loose interpretation could also make the confusion worse in lost translation. If this was a scam, the person who indirectly solicit the cash flow would be the person you take issue with. I think in this case Vixen only need to worry about getting better, and well wishers for her recovery from Mexico.

As for everything else, I am so approving of what Notty has said, and she nailed it perfectly. Angelus, I have always admire your brilliance and cut to the chase on any topic, but I am on the edge of uneasiness on this one. But I can understand the caution and a reminder that we need to protect ourselves from a possible scammer, regarding to the internet, which is so full of them. May be the reason why the moderator letting this one thread to stand. There is an old native American saying that if your heart and mind are in agreement, then you will find peace with your decision.

There is another saying, "everything is like everything, but not always" in that "if it walks like a duck, and talk like a duck, that it may not always be a duck". Sometimes its better to live to see with an open heart even though you may get hurt from time to time. It is that paradox that makes you human. The shortest verse in the bible, "Jesus wept"(lazarus had died and those that weep for the loss)and yet it sums up the human quality to care about another person and help that person open their heart to help one another, in spite of their own distrust of the world.

I can also understand Vixen point of view personally. For years the doctor misdiagnose me for my kidney problem, and stated that I was suffering from panic attack, and my story would change as the doctor make new hypothesis for my condition, until I was treated at a bigger hospital. After I was treated I had a blood clot floating in my lungs, that broke off from the kidney surgery.
"Yesterday, Reince Priebus called this whole story a 'nothing burger,'" he said. "Well these emails have turned it into an all-you-can-prosecute buffet."

That last I can relate to, too.  Couple of years ago I had a physical problem mis-diagnosed as a psychiatric disorder.  Could have left me in a world of hurt if the actual problem had been left to fester any longer than it did.

I've been out of this thread for a while and while I don't know Vixen --  she may be completely truthful or not, I don't know either way --  I'm definitely with Angelus on this one.

Speaking as an outside observer who just now read all these posts and threads regarding Vixen's health issues, several things concern me:

1) There's a lot of general information in here about Vixen and her health, but nothing specific about what's actually wrong and what actually happened.  Why not?

2) Some people are claiming the reason is that we have to respect her privacy in regards to her health.  Why?  Is there some sort of stigma attached to this condition?  She's an open-minded nude model who has shown herself to the world and gone public about being sick... so why hold back on what it is that made her sick?  How does doing that "add" to her privacy when we already know every other detail?  It doesn't make any sense.

3) Also, if privacy were really the issue, then why are we finding out about this at all?   Why post any of this on a public forum to begin with?  When someone is truly interested in protecting their privacy, they don't say anything about their problem to anyone, period.

4) She has definitely and specifically asked for money.  I know some people are splitting hairs and getting into semantics about what exactly she asked for or how it was done, but the bottom line is that she's getting into graphic detail about how much all of this is costing and how much she has and how much she's putting on her credit card and how much she still needs.  She's even putting her mailing address for donations.  Again, this is all coming from someone who's supposedly trying to protect her privacy.

5) I'm having a hard time reconciling the fact that she seems to not care at all about her privacy in regards to financial matters and opens up to the whole world about how much money she has and needs, yet she steadfastly wants to protect her privacy regarding her heath.

6) There's just something suspect about someone who says "I'm sick, I need money to get well, can you send me some?" but won't give any details about the situation at all.

7) Wabbit04.  You are very diligent in your defense of Vixen in here and that's commendable, but since you're a relatively new member and only have 16 total posts in his forum, and all of them are about Vixen and this medical issue, I wonder what your agenda is, specifically?  Where did you come from and how do you know Vixen and why is her health of such intense concern to you?  Some explanation from you would be nice as well.

8) Has anyone in here actually seen Vixen or any proof that she is sick, beyond what she herself writes on her forum board on her website? I can't imagine she'd lie about all this, but how do any of us have any idea about how much this costs, how much she's gotten, and do we know if all of this is going to her medical condition?  Theoretically, she could have been cured months ago but still be saying "I need another operation and another $10,000" and keep saying it for a long time.

Those of you who dismiss all this with a "who cares, if people want to donate, that's their business" attitude don't understand the situation. If someone is asking for money for charitable purposes, they need to disclose everything about that cause.  It's actually required by law.  In fact, there are a large number of state and federal laws, many recently enacted, that govern online solicitation of charitable money. This is done to prevent abuse and fraud.  You can't just say "I need money" and not say what for.  Especially when the audience being hit up for this money is comprised largely of people (to be completely blunt) who are 100% trusting of a busty woman in their forum and who can be made even more gullible by the thought of that woman in need.

Also, it is a federal offense and FELONY to scam people out of money via the internet, which is exactly the reason The Owner just put in the new rule disallowing use of the BEA for this kind of activity.

My point is that all of this, while probably legit, has several red flags as well as the potential for big-time fraud.  All charitable donation money needs to be accounted for and properly reported and recorded, something I'm betting is not being done in this case at all.  I also hope Vixen is reporting all of this money she's been getting to the IRS.  She does NOT want to get the government involved and investigating her in this matter, because they won't give a rat's ass about her "privacy".

All the rest aside, I don't see why the gov't is going to care about donations to Vixen's cause unless a donor takes it as a charitable deduction on their tax return (wrongfully so since she is probably not set up as a qualified charitable entity).

Likewise, she doesn't need to report gifts as income unless they exceed something like $12,000 per year per person.

The big concern over charities is that people use contributions to reduce their taxable income, which the gov't does not want people to do if the charity is not on the up and up.

This is a response to DJPFC

I may get flame for this, but I intentially want to put the perspective so that you can see from both side of the story.

Vixen didn't initiate a fund for her medical care in this forum, and it was Munchwolf that started this with the address to her, where he got it, I don't know. I do trust Munchwolf as for as this goes, that he would not purposefully be involve in a scam. You been around Munch long enough to know this, yes?

If I were Vixen, and someone took the intiative to start up a donation, then I would probably make it known of the financial situation, as to keep accountability of how much her fan have contribute, and update them. Someone notice her absent and she followed up why she hasn't been here.

Medically speaking her surgery was an elective process, which mean that until her health was deem critical of saving her life that US doctor are not required to step in and save her. That doesn't mean that she doesn't need the surgery, but that if she got treatment now, would save her the greater complication when she reach the point of critical care.

I saw that Vixen was not forthcoming in the beginning of her health until after people started donating money for her care in the BEA forum. As people gave money wanted to know more of her situation. I think there may have been a tuggle of conscious between being private and yet need the support at play here.

I think if you were to pursue legal action that you would have to go directly to the person that initiate the donation, or all party involve. I don't think anyone dismiss the notion that this could be a scam, but overlook it because of the close ties that Munchwolf has with the owner and the community of BEA, that those who did donate trust this site and long standing members.

I think most of us are aware of possibility of a scam, but I also know that the possibility that this may be real. The question is are any of you willing to risk throwing the first stone judging someone with an investigation, and willing to risk slandering someone name and reputation with accusation of being a scam artist?

I have my own feeling on this, but I am the radical lefty head in the cloud guy that don't require much attachment to money and the right to know about someone else privacy. I think there is more to life than knowing where my money is going. I rather see my money go to helping a big boob girl keep her big boob, then funding a war machine in Iraq. My sentiment on that is no secret in here.

I do want to note that those that did give, says a lot about their character to trust and without condition were willing to help save another person, who they hardly know, get better. That's an incredible act of goodwill and its comforting to know that good people are here and all around us, even in the world where scam artist run rampant on the internet.

Look, I've been very silent on this topic, and since I stirred up the bee's nest, I figured I would come back to put forth a few things.

I don't want nor need for this to be "Team Angelus" or "Team Vixen".  I ask for people to make their own decisions and follow their own path.

The problem is, and continues to be, on this site, is that a lot of people fall over themselves for any user claiming to have a pair of tits on this site.

DJ, the reason why Vixen is sick is she has "severe sepsis", which is a blood infection.  She only went into public detail about it after her hand was forced here.  Why she had to post it on her own site, where it's nothing but sycophants, rather than here, where people are asking the questions, I don't know.  But I'm putting it out there.  And no, I didn't go to Vixen's site.  It's good to have spies.

I never pointed the finger that Vixen is a con artist.  However, she is an adult entertainer, and one of the cardinal rules of strippers is how to separate the mark from their money.

My point again, is that the dealings with this whole situation were very, very, very shady.  And for something as  non-scandalous as sepsis, this whole incident could have been avoided if you were open and up front to begin with. I still don't see the need why she had to be so secretive considering she documented her entire breast augmentation process twice.  So you can't be that open about something like that and yet be so secretive about why you're sick and need money.

You want to give money to Vixen?  Go ahead. Just don't do it on the BEA. I just wanted people to think twice about situations like hers - and things that could be actual, legitimate scams - before they did.

Though it's already been pointed out by a few users: users are no longer permitted to solicit monetary donations as per the BEA Owner's updated rules/user agreement. This applies to ALL users, not just models seeking help buying new implants, paying bills, etc...

Thus, a good part of what's being rehashed here is moot... this kind of thing won't be happening here anymore. Folks are welcome to continue to debate the whys and wherefores of what's already happened, but really... wouldn't the effort be better spent in other, more timely pursuits?

But I thought the whole point of this place was the consideration of things that won't be happening, ever.

Admittedly, most of it is of the "Boy, what I would do to her!" variety.
