Well again, I cite prior linguistics studies. Aphasia doesn't mean "incapable of linguistic communication", it means the person is incapable of speaking, but still quite capable of writing.
As for stroke, strokes don't always happen in the speech center, which is mainly located on the left side of the head (curiously close to the ear).
Based on very distant memory, of course.
Anyway, if this thread is going to devolve into a thread of trying to prove the veracity of a claim which, quite frankly, makes no difference in my life, then I guess I'm done contributing to it.
