Ok, three different members have let it be known privately that they object to the tone of this thread.... it's clearly a matter of people believing what they believe and objecting to those who may disagree with them and/or the manner in which they do so. Personally, whether Chloe does or does not escort isn't all that earth-shattering an issue for me, but I can understand how others might disagree and consider it to be crucial. It's important to remember that for most fans, she's a fantasy object and it's common practice to project certain qualities onto such objects, regardless of the realities of the matter. Thus, some folks might prefer to think/believe/know that she behaves in one fashion or another. Other individuals have different ideas... this isn't some kind of hive-mind you know.
At this point, I'm not going to edit or lock down or delete this thread. We mods aren't rabid censors or PC-guards or anything of the sort... we're just here to enforce site policies for the benefit of the site itself and all who use it. However, I will say that things here are getting out of hand... there's no real need for profanity, nor for such anger (at least as far as I can see). There's not much justification here to take the content of this thread so personally, regardless of the opinions expressed.
So, though we're still sort of within the bounds of quasi-polite discussion (with the emphasis on quasi) I'll simply ask all those involved to dial it back a notch, before I or one of the other mods feels that stronger action is necessary. We'll all just have to agree to disagree here, but let's do so in some kind of semi-civilized fashion, ok? Please. Thanks.
