Finally looked for some images I could use for an appropriate replacement for Juliekat's avatar and came up with numerous ones to choose from. It's entirely your choice to use any of them, but I'll upload a few I turned into 125x125 pixel squares.

Starting with my personal favorite..

Thank you for your patience as I indulge my need to share.

Have you noticed a theme here, yet?

In case anyone is wondering (including Juliekat ), the reason I'm making these avatars (besides as a random baby gift) is because I promised to color a drawing of her "fuzzy alter ego" (to be used as an avatar) a long time ago and never finished it (artist: John Barrett). This is my way of trying to make it up to her.
Thank you for your patience as I indulge my need to share.

It saddens me to no end to have to write this...

We found out yesterday that our little one didn't survive past 11 weeks and there is no heartbeat. Not many know, but this will be out second loss since last fall.

So many, many thanks go out to those who wished us well and have kept us in their thoughts.

I never knew what heartbreak was until this.

Julie, I hope you can find a way someday -- but right now just  know that you have friends who share your heartache.

Damnation.  Hoping for good fortune in the future, but in the meantime, take care of yourselves, ok?
