Not my preferred genre... though I've got nothing against fake-looking implants, some of the facial surgery and way-over-the-top bloated lips are unappealing to me... neither feminine nor even an acceptable parody of femininity IMO. An exception is Holly Wood (sometimes aka Holly Woods) who, while never being mistaken for 'natural' in any sense of the word, manages to retain enough of herself despite all the work done to still be arousing.
