It is also impossible to "overdo" Hitomi Tanaka. It's more possible to divide by zero than to have too much of her. Basically this entire thread could be filled with pictures of Hitomi and Fuko/P-chan all day every day, and you'd hear no complaints from me at all
I have dozens of photos of Hitomi which I've taken of her in the last two years since she first appeared at the AVN here in Sin City. Now, IF Fuko/P-Chan appeared here along with Hitomi ... I would be acting like a **06** at a Hannah Montana show. Well, OK, maybe not since at my age I could dislocate something but you know what I mean. I find it somehow strange though, that even in "Sin City" at an adult entertainment convention (!) the girls have to stay (somewhat) dressed... Is that kind of a Nevada thing ?
No, it's a Clark County, which Las Vegas belongs to, ordinance. Its justification is to protect the women from predatory males. Or so they say. You see, in the state of Nevada **31** is legal except in Clark ( Las Vegas ) and Washoe ( Reno ) counties. The Nevada constitution prohibits counties with a population in excess of 400,000 people to have **31**. Which means counties like Lincoln ( largest town Pahrump ) for example, have legalized **31**. This is seen as a rural economic diversification program. Each county is allowed to set the rules for any sexual or gambling allowance. Which is why in Boulder City, the town right by the Hoover Dam, gambling is illegal. This is a legacy from when the dam was built in the early 1930's and the Federal government built town was not allowed to be seduced by the dark force ( gambling and sex ). Many ordinances unfortunately were written a long time ago and have not been removed. The ordinance was originally written in the 1950's to keep the Federal government from trying to regulate the sex and gambling which a small population state like Nevada in those days needed to survive. So no touchy - touchy from us bad boys to the pure hearted girls.
