Keisha's bit about the side-tied laces is incredible. That's the kind of minute detail a guy could never actually come up with on his own.
Busty friends have told me finding flattering tops is, of course, very difficult, because often you have to buy them many sizes too big, which means they're fitted in the torso but the arms are way too big. I've also had very busty friends who've said doing anything involving an even remotely fitted T-shirt is really hard for them. Putting them on and getting them down over the boobs is tough, and then pulling them back UP over them is even worse, because each time you run the risk of stretching it *too* much or ripping it altogether. And it, of course, only gets worse when you run them through the washer and dryer.
Stretched T-shirts in general can be a problem. An old friend once told me about a very embarrassing incident inwhich she tried on a baby tee in a mall dressing room and it got stuck, and she had to fight to get it back up over her tits to take it off again, and when she finally did, she of course had NO interest in buying it and going through that again, so she just left it there--but it was so wildly stretched out in the bust that there was no way anyone else could ever buy it. She waited until she thought no one was around, left it on the dressing room bench, and dashed out of the store.
My favorite uberbusty problem is the women who have giant tits and MASSIVE areolas that are really difficult to hide and are visible even in the most conservative bras, bikinis, and tops...of course, the tragic part is those wonderful women tend to remain ALL the way covered up in the real world.
