I'm sorry, perhaps I've misinterpreted but if you go to what appears to be her official twitter here: twitter.com/x_KarlaJames_x  you'll see her website listed as a link to an adultwork profile with an escort disclaimer at the bottom of the page.  Also right in her last few tweets she's had an interaction with an @jbizzybone which combined with the profile made me think she was escorting.

Looking at it now, I may have misinterpreted camming and/or a photoshoot.
