If you'd simply take the trouble to ACTUALLY READ the Owner's rules you'd save yourself the embarrassment of being so publicly mistaken about such things. ANY user is permitted to exceed the 1-1-1-1 limit provided that they alone own the copyright to the images they're uploading. It says so in the FIRST paragraph of the rules by the way.
