Sounds to me like she was just voicing her thoughts instead of deciding to reduce. Perhaps she should wait until she weans her baby and stops milk production. I doubt if any doc would do surgery on a mother who is still nursing anyway.

Once she stops lactating they'll go back to their pre-pregnancy size (although that doesn't always happen, and it could take several months or even a year to get back to that size).

She should just lose weight before getting a reduction! Most women don't realize that a woman is only supposed to gain between 20 and 30 pounds.

Most women gain about 60 or 70.

Now that she's had the kid she needs to lay off the Twinkies and fried chicken and start getting back to the gym.

Fine, fine, you guys are right.

She needs to lay off the bratwurst, knackwurst and weinerschnitzel.

But then again. I can't really say anything. I once ate six bratwursts in twenty minutes. Delicious.

I'm not trying to criticize her, don't get me wrong. But the thought of her getting a reduction is so... distasteful and horrific... that I want to exhaust all other possibilities first.
