I'm HAPPY to elaborate bmoc and glad you asked (so I can indulge my OCD a bit. ).

As you may have noticed from my many pleas to others over the years, I am a HUGE PROPONENT of preserving the ORIGINAL FILENAMES on images/vids, since they can be SO USEFUL in identifying subjects, or shoots or aiding in searching for more/similar content.

So, I ALWAYS preserve the "original" (as I found it) filename, and I only *append* to it... the "ULd" is a note to myself that I've already uploaded the image to the BEA Forum (the only such forum I regularly use online ) so that I can prevent myself from accidentally uploading the same file again in the future. The "ULd" may sometimes be followed by additional notation (to myself, or anyone else interested) about where in the forum I used this image and/or where it might have been sourced (i.e.: if it's a cap or clip I made myself, I'll usually try to include all the show/season/episode info).

Incidentlally, I also usually include the text of the filename in the body/text of my post (at the bottom) so it will be searchable (since the forum search tool doesn't include attachment filenames when it searches). This way, I have a better chance of finding something I already uploaded, if I wish to use the file again (for an internal/embedded link for example).

Admittedly, I'm not 100% consistent about this naming convention/posting habit of mine, but I try. Sometimes, I even forget to make my post text yellow.

And since this reply wouldn't be complete without another pic of Kitten, I'll attach one... this time from something somewhat recent (as a contrast to Phoofy's great early pic of her), complete with my usual appended filename notation.

She died at age 74 on September 24, 2022.  The first time I became aware of her was back in 1974 while living in Houston and I saw a Poster of the movie UP! by Russ Meyer in a seedy part of town as I had just bought me an issue of Gent magazine. I was dumbfounded that such a slim woman had such huge breasts. Of course, thanks to Chelsea Charms and Beshine and others, she ain't so impressive but back in the 70's and 80's, WOW!
