Report ( Where I work, our guests get in accidents because their common sense, if they have it, leaves due to intoxication. Quite common for example is at the pool where in spite of multiple signs, they still run around on the wet surface or they will dive head first into the pool. The pools are designed by lawyers and they are only 3 1/2 feet deep at their deepest. Quite often we call Paramedics because the morons break their noses and/or require multiple stitches which we in the casino can't fix. So you gotta document the incident and do a report. Escalators are another problem in spite of multiple signs not to run, carry baggage and to hold the handrail, people will ignore it all and when they fall it looks like a tiger used its claws all over them and we get the paramedics because their face require a hospital visit. Another report. So yes, I associate accident(s) with REPORTS !
