I am also originally from Pittsburgh, and I had never realized I had actually talked that way. I do not know if I still do......I guess you pick up the speech patterns of the area you reside in. I have lived in the Bay Area (Alameda, Oakland, Hayward) CA, Dallas/Fort Worth, and now here in Florida.

I guess I now sound like a Pittsburgh/Mex/Haitian/Jamaician/Jew..........wow, what a combination.
