My feelings exactly. Find women who have TALENT, who can ACT, who happen to have big breasts. Don't insult them and their talent and their intelligence by being one of those assholes who are afraid of breasts or believe the old adage that says a busty woman is good for only one thing. Put them in things that don't necessarily RELY on their bust size--because breasts aren't just an idiosyncrasy to prop up a character--and watch a) people be surprised and b) the wall keeping busty women from mainstream show business success slowly crumble.

On the subject of male leads: we need another Tom Ewell (born Ewell Tompkins). The man costarred with Marilyn Monroe in The Seven Year Itch AND Jayne Mansfield in The Girl Can't Help It and kept his eyes on their faces throughout. Seems to me a special Oscar was merited ...

Huh, that's news to me ... I don't keep track of all those private lives. If true, the real question would be: did anyone know that when they casted him?

The main reason big boobed actresses are shunned in Hollywood is this: the rise and dominance of female casting directors. This has become an overwhelmingly female occupation.

By the time Puritanical standards were beginning to be relaxed in movies (late 1950s), women began taking over this profession.

There is hope, though. TNN is ramping up their "Network for Men". I couldn't imagine them turning down a beautiful, talented woman with giant hooters as a host of a nightly talk/interview show, for example. I don't think they'd pass on a detective show starring such a woman, either (e.g. VIP with bigger boobs).
