Not a recent thing, but gets rerun frequently... the Comedy Central Roast of William Shatner featured audience cutaways at least twice to a cute buxom blonde in a very low cut dress. This happened (that I saw) during the Artie Lange and Lisa Lampenelli segments of the Roast.
I don't get why Lisa Lampenelli is funny. From what I've tried to put up with, it's filthy joke after filthy joke at other people's expense, followed by filthy joke after filthy joke at her own expense; so overall it's more like watching someone fire off a bunch of insults with no real purpose other than to be insulting. I'm not a fan of filthy jokes, but I don't mind them...until they're made into a constant barrage that begins when she starts speaking and doesn't stop until she gets off the stage. Maybe the fact that the jokes are filthy makes them seem "edgy" but since the only thing that varies is the target she's directing them at, it comes off as tiresomely one-note...in addition to not being particularly funny, because it just sounds like she's insulting everyone she can think of in a giant rambling rant.
Sorry, had to get that rant of my own about Lampenelli off my chest...I tried, but I just CANNOT watch her. On a more on-topic note, this past week's Apprentice had Ivanka Trump in a nice greenish dress with a cinched/belted waist. There was a shot of her from behind, where you could see her hips flare out very noticeably, but the majority of shots were of her front, where her boobs had a lot of projection (they were fully covered, but between being hoisted up and the cinched waist they appeared to be very sizeable). There was even a small patch of material front-and-center that looked like it was specifically designed to appear stretched between the wearer's breasts (or perhaps maybe that was just how it looks when Ivanka wears it

).
